|Bond details||We do not take bonds. However, you authorise us to recover from you any loss we incur as a consequence of damage caused by you, or your guests, to the apartment or the furnishings in it. If you have provided credit card details to us, you authorise us to deduct up to $1,000 from your credit card for this purpose.|
|Payment details||At the time of booking you will be required to make a deposit to wotif. This is non refundable. You will hear from us within 24 hours of making the booking with Wotif.com whereupon, to secure your booking, you will be required to pay a further 39% to Espresso Apartments. Failure to pay the 39% at this time will result in your booking being forfeit without any entitlement to a refund of the deposit you have paid to Wotif. The remaining balance is payable prior to check-in. The apartment cannot be accessed until we have received the balance in full.
