David Fleay Wildlife Park
The David Fleay Wildlife Park is unique in its approach of presenting diverse indigenous wildlife species in their natural habitat. Located in the suburb of Burleigh Heads, the park aims to raise awareness and to educate the community on protecting native and threatened animal species.
The Wildlife Park has an animal hospital that services more than 1500 orphaned, injured, and sick animals each year. Unobtrusive fences and viewing platforms are around the area to make sure that the animals thrive in their natural setting.
